Mr. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont in 2015 and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University in 2016. He brings more than 10 years of structural design experience using wood, steel, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, cold-formed steel and masonry. His project experience includes single-family and multifamily dwellings, office buildings, water and wastewater treatment structures, and more. He has also contributed to several renovation and adaptive reuse projects.


When not on the job, Mr. Bailey enjoys spending time with his family and working on home renovation projects.

Mr. Bailey is a licensed structural engineer (SE) in Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Oklahoma and Utah.
