Mr. Haack provides consulting in the areas of design and performance of electrical and computer systems, electrical accident analysis, power system operation analysis, and fire investigation.

His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, a master's degree with a focus on power from the University of Southern California, and a master's in business administration from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Haack began his career as an electrical research engineer for the U.S. Naval Civil Engineering Laboratory. His experience includes electrical and control system design, construction, and analysis of power systems for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and residences. This experience also includes project management and computer system technical support including training, analysis, and troubleshooting. Mr. Haack provides consultations for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility electrical systems; analysis of electrical injury accidents; and investigation of the origin and cause of fires.

When not on the job, he enjoys working on home improvement projects. He is an avid fan of the Giants, 49ers, Warriors, and Trojans. Bill and his wife enjoy hiking, slot machines, and the Elks Lodge.
