Mr. Imperatore has an affection for the worlds of mechanical engineering, wrench-turning, and-as he describes it-everything in between. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Drexel University and a Master's degree in engineering from Rowan University.

Throughout his 40-year career, he has worked as a machinery/engine mechanic, a leak repair technician, a refrigeration mechanic, a boiler operating engineer and a facilities director in a variety of commercial and industrial settings.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Imperatore was the facilities director of a large university in the Philadelphia area, specializing in energy management, combined heat and power plant management, recycling/solid waste management, and carbon foot printing of a cogeneration plant.

Mr. Imperatore provides consulting services in the areas of mechanical engineering, including analysis of mechanical systems and components, HVAC, plumbing, fire/explosion, and energy management in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. In addition to maintaining his Class A Boiler Operator’s License in the City of Philadelphia, Mr. Imperatore is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator.

Residing in the Township of Monroe, New Jersey, Mr. Imperatore enjoys spending time with his family; repairing engines and machinery; playing multiple musical instruments; and working on his house.

Mr. Imperatore is a licensed engineer in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
