District Engineering Manager and Consulting Engineer
Mr. Cochran provides consultation in the area of structural evaluation and analysis, including root cause, scope of damage, and value of loss for buildings and structures, including residential, commercial, multi-family, industrial, institutional, and agricultural construction.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Pennsylvania State University.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cochran designed mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls to support road traffic and bridge abutments. He also worked in the residential construction industry performing framing and roofing.
When not on the job, Mr. Cochran enjoys hiking with his wife and three dogs, and skiing, along with gardening, baking, and renovating/remodeling his home.
Mr. Cochran is a licensed engineer in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming.
