Engineering Design & Testing

Mr. Pritten provides failure analysis of electrical systems, including design review of electric distribution systems, root cause of electrical incidents, and origin and cause analysis of fires. From 1990 until 2008, he worked on a wide variety of electric utility projects. These include electric system design and reconstruction, load growth analysis, electric reliability improvement projects, design and specification of distribution circuit protection, root cause failure analysis, power quality analysis, design of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, as wells as electric contact and fire investigations. Mr. Pritten enjoys training and volunteering his time with a local Search and Rescue organization, and riding his ATV. He and his wife make their home in California’s Livermore Valley, east of San Francisco. Mr. Pritten is a licensed engineer in California.
