Mr. Harris is the Associate Chief Engineer and an active consulting engineer for ED&T. His education includes a bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering, with specialties in machine design and materials. Mr. Harris has over 27 years of engineering experience, including design, development, project, and maintenance engineering in the fields of biomass fuels, pressure vessels and piping, nuclear steel fabrication, and chemicals manufacturing. At ED&T, he provides consultations in matters involving heavy industrial losses for determination of root cause, scope of damage, and cost of remediation. His work as a consultant has taken him throughout most of the United States and to many foreign countries. Mr. Harris is a voracious reader, with science fiction being his genre of choice. Mr. Harris is a licensed engineer in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
