ED&T Opens West Virginia District Office

Engineering Design & Testing Corp. has opened the West Virginia District Office in Charleston. This office services West Virginia, western Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and portions of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
The professional staff in this office includes Tammy L. St. Clair, M.S., P.E, a civil/structural engineer. Ms. St. Clair, a native of West Virginia, originally joined ED&T’s Columbia District Office in 2003. Continuing her career with ED&T in West Virginia, she specializes in the analysis of incidents involving site development and structures, including residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities, as well as issues of code compliance and competency of design and installation.
