Cleveland District Office Opens

The Cleveland District Office of Engineering Design & Testing Corp. has opened its doors. Located in Middleburg Heights, the professional staff in this office includes two Ohio natives: David S. Mallory, Jr., P.E. and Kenneth S. Marshall, P.E.
Mr. Mallory, in addition to serving as the engineering manager of the office, provides consulting services within the field of civil/structural engineering. His service areas include design evaluation, failure analysis, scope of damage, repair estimation and fire origin and cause of incidents involving residential, commercial and industrial structures.
Mr. Marshall is a mechanical engineer. His services include origin and cause, failure analysis, and damage assessment of incidents involving machinery and equipment.
